Please note that the scholarships marked AVAILABLE are open to apply for the 2024-2025 school year. 

If they are marked NOT AVAILABLE, it will be updated if and when the scholarship becomes available.

 

Building Brighter Futures - Indspire Scholarship  – AVAILABLE

Deadline:  Varies on award

If you indigenous and planning on attending a post-secondary program, then these scholarships are for you.  Apply on line by visiting the website.

 

Elwood Harvey Co-operative Leadership Program - GRADE 11  - AVAILABLE

Deadline : Feb 9, 2025

If you’re in Grade 11, looking forward to your post-secondary education and seeking ways to develop your leadership skills, then this is a great opportunity for you! We’re excited to offer the Elwood Harvey Co-operative Leadership Program, a unique and rewarding opportunity for you to learn about money, leadership, co-operatives and a whole lot more. This program is designed for young Affinity Credit Union members like you, who aspire to make a big difference in their community and the $2,500 to fund your education won’t hurt a bit.

 

Hal Rogers Endowment Fund  – AVAILABLE    

Deadline:  February 1st, 2025

Recipient must enroll in a post-secondary institution and demonstrate high ideals and qualities of citizenship. He/She will be evaluated on his/her community and school involvement, knowledge of Kin Canada and financial need.  This award is sponsored by the Kinsmen/Kinettes in the amount of $1000.  The number of scholarships available varies from year to year, with 32 available last year.  Visit the website for more information.

 

Mathematics National Scholarships - Faculty of Mathematics -  AVAILABLE

Deadline - February 1, 2025

Approximately 10 scholarships, valued at $12,000 to $25,000 each over eight academic terms, are awarded to incoming undergraduate students enrolled in any of the academic plans offered by the Faculty of Mathematics (excluding Software Engineering and Computing and Financial Management). These scholarships are open to Canadian citizens or permanent residents of Canada only who are participating in the Euclid or CSMC to be considered.

 

SK Polytechnic Scholarships –  AVAILABLE

Deadline: Varies 

Awards are commonly selected on the basis of financial need, academic achievement or very often, a combination of the two. The selection basis for awards can also include volunteer or leadership involvement in your communities and schools.  Amounts vary.

 

University of Saskatchewan – Competitive Entrance Awards – AVAILABLE

Deadline:  Varies

Competitive Entrance Awards include numerous scholarships and bursaries can be accessed by many students with diverse experiences starting at $500.

You can be considered based on academic achievement, financial need and/or contributions to school and community life. Some awards recognize particular backgrounds, acknowledge contributions to certain clubs or reward achievement in music and athletics.

All entering students are encouraged to apply. To be considered, complete your application for admission by February 15, and fill out and submit the online application for Competitive Entrance Awards in PAWS by March 1.

Conexus Community Youth Leadership Award – NOT AVAILABLE

Deadline: CLOSED
 

10 x $1500 awards recognizing students who demonstrate co-operative spirit, community involvement and leadership.  Must include a letter of support from a school faculty member and a local community leader. Parent/guardian or applicant must be a member of the Conexus Credit Union.
