Above and Beyond Award (SRC) – AVAILABLE

A $250 award for a SRC member. Nominees are chosen by SRC Advisors. The recipient will be a student who has demonstrated extra commitment to SRC sponsored activities. Alicia Hanwell Memorial Scholarship – AVAILABLE

A $1,000 scholarship for a FEMALE pursuing a career in STEM. This scholarship is in memory of Alicia, who was very involved in the school and the community. Her passion was computer science, and the family wishes to support someone who shares this love of the sciences. Applications are available at the SSO.

Better Together Bursary – AVAILABLE

$300 bursary to a Grade 12 students that is actively building connection between elderly and youth in the community in which they live, learn and serve. This student is continuously growing in their understanding of community, is willing to share lessons from their life experiences, is willing to invite input and advice, and inspires collective community change. This student acts with integrity, is creating a culture of openness, and is practically investing in intergenerational friendships built on respect, reciprocity and relationship. Charabin Seed Farm Grain Venture Scholarship - AVAILABLE

This scholarship is for a Grade 12 graduate who plans to pursue a career in the agriculture industry. To be eligible for this scholarship, the applicant must be planning to take agriculture-related post-secondary education, either at the University or College level, beginning in the fall of 2026. Applicant must also be connected to the school through school sports. Verification of enrollment needs to be received before scholarship is given.
Craig Anderson Impact Scholarship – AVAILABLE

The North Battleford SaskTel Pioneers Volunteer Club is proud to offer this $500 scholarship to a student who has a positive impact on the people around them. The recipient will be selected based on impact and character, and how they make other people's lives better. Academics are NOT a factor in determining the winner. For the Love of Farming - Allan Ray Scholarship – AVAILABLE

Gordon Tucker Memorial Scholarship – AVAILABLE

One award of $2500 will be granted to a Status First Nations or Metis student of North Battleford Comprehensive High School that will be attending college or university in 2025.
Any Status First Nations or Metis student enrolled, either full-time or part-time, at an accredited Canadian college or university leading to a certificate, diploma or degree. The student does not have to be of a certain age for eligibility to this Scholarship. Pick up application in the SSO.

NBCHS Parents Association of Special Events Awards – AVAILABLE

Four $500 awards are available for students entering a post-secondary school who show good citizenship by helping others, has good character, is an all around good person and tries hard in life. This scholarship is ONLY for a students who are NOT receiving any other scholarships.
A $500 to $1,500 in previous years (AMOUNT NOT SPECIFIED FOR 2021) scholarship based on responses to questions regarding injury prevention initiatives/activities, financial need, extra-curricular activities and academic average. The recipient must display high integrity and citizenship, have good grades, contribute to the well-being of the school and/or community and be in need of financial support. For a grade 12 student who is registered for a minimum of 3 hours per week in any ballet, tap, and jazz school in the Battlefords. He/She must be pursuing post-secondary education in a program of eight months or longer. IT DOES NOT HAVE TO BE A DANCE PROGRAM, as long as they are attending a post-secondary institute. Battlefords Indian Metis Friendship Centre Award - NOT AVAILABLE

A $250 award for an indigenous student excelling in Native Studies is available. 
 
Battlefords Minor Hockey Association Scholarship – NOT AVAILABLE
A $500 scholarships is available to an applicant in good standing with the Saskatchewan Hockey Association and Battlefords Minor Hockey Association who is graduating and planning on attending a post-secondary institute in the fall. You must write an essay outlining your hockey experience, contributions to hockey and contributions to the community. A transcript must also be attached, which you can get at the SSO.
